Social cognition in developmental and adult-onset amnesia: a multiple case-control study

Memory disorders due to medial temporal lobe lesions are well documented, but studies on social cognition in patients with amnesia rare. This study examined cognitive functioning three adult amnesic patients. We report the neurocognitive and profiles of two developmental a patient adult-onset amnesia, all hypoxic events.
